Andrew Gillman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Northline Property Group, is a licensed Illinois Managing Broker and Community Association Manager (CAM). An Evanston native and graduate of DePaul University, he earned his B.S. in Management and Entrepreneurship. Staying true to his local roots, he now resides on Chicago’s North Side, where he founded Northline Property Group in 2018.

Having worked in property management since 2012, Andrew has overseen the management of numerous projects varying from retail, office, multi-family, and industrial properties. He offers knowledge gained from managing a million square feet of properties, with hundreds of commercial and residential tenants, in buildings totaling over $100 million in property values.

Northline opened after his previous firm relocated to Nashville. Andrew stayed and stepped out on his own. He began stabilizing and improving properties throughout the Greater Chicago area. As a property manager, it led to working with receivership/REO properties. Specializing in distressed assets, Andrew has worked for banks, noteholders, and the general Court system.

Overseeing the day to day operations of Northline Property Group, Andrew has assembled a skilled team of employees and independent contractors to provide preeminent service. Striving for proactive maintenance and prompt responses, Andrew and the team at Northline always work hard to provide exceptional customer service to their clients.
